a. OAuth Token Retention

• OAuth tokens are collected and stored to allow our application to interact with your YouTube account and manage the defined functionalities.
• These tokens are retained as long as you use our services and are automatically deleted when they expire or if you revoke access to your Google account.

b. Retention of Comment History

• The history of analyzed comments is retained for a maximum of 12 months to allow you to track your analyses and download a report.
• Historical comments are automatically deleted after this period unless a longer retention period is required by law.

c. Deletion of Collected Data

d. Data Download

You can download the history of analyzed comments at any time through your user account settings in the application.

• OAuth Tokens: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using the AES-256 algorithm and transmitted via secure connections (TLS).
• Comment Data: The comment history is stored on secure servers with strict access controls to ensure its confidentiality.
